Return & Refund Policy

Should you be unhappy with the product you received, please contact us by email within 7 days to arrange the return.  As you remain responsible for the product until we receive it, we suggest you use a trackable courier service and please e-mail us the specific tracking number.

The returned product must be in the packaging as sent, including all the tags.  Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and evaluate your complaint.  Damaged products or items showing signs of use may not be accepted as returned and refunds may be refused.

Once we receive your returned article, we will process your claim as soon as possible.  In peak periods this process may take as much as a week.  Please include your invoice number in the return to facilitate the processing.  We will keep you informed regarding the process.
